Freelance/part time
Payments are made on Blurpe via your Blurpe ID (email), as a business owner looking for a talent, all you have to do is to fund your wallet with the amount you wish to pay the talent + the service charge of 10%. This amount will be funded to your Blurpe wallet. You choose how you want to pay the talent – before, during, or after the job has been delivered. Whatever model you choose, you can quickly and easily pay the talent using their Blurpe ID.
Full time
For full time hiring, employers only need to fund their Blurpe wallet with 10% of the annual talents annual fee. Blurpe will actively help you source for the best talent from our talent pool. You approve the funds for payment only when the talent gets hired.
Talents
When payments are made, you will receive it in your Blurpe Wallet which you can withdraw and it gets funded to your designated bank account.

Blurpe uses an Escrow payment model to ensure security and satisfaction for both clients and talents. When you hire a talent, you fund the Escrow account with the agreed amount. The funds are held securely until the job is delivered or certain milestones are met, at which point the payment is released to the talent.
Yes, you can pay talents directly on Blurpe using the Escrow method. Payments are held in Escrow until the job is completed to your satisfaction.
If there is a dispute, Blurpe’s dispute resolution team will step in to mediate. The funds in Escrow will only be released once a resolution is reached.
Blurpe’s service charge is paid only after you get the talent. However, you need to fund your Blurpe account with the service charge amount, which is held in Escrow. You only approve the payment after the talent has been hired and the work is satisfactorily completed.
If the talent resigns within the first 6 months of being hired through Blurpe, you can get additional talent from Blurpe at no extra cost. The funds in Escrow will be managed accordingly to ensure you receive the service you paid for.
